The prices listed on our website/catalog are wholesale FOB Kathmandu in US dollars by default. You may also convert the prices to GBP, EUR and Aus using an online currency converter. We offer door-to-door delivery (within 4-7 days) via Aramex Express, DHL/FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated based on the gross weight of the shipment. Upon receiving your order, we will send you a pro forma invoice, which includes the shipping cost, delivery schedule, and payment details. Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank wire, or PayPal. U.S. companies may also pay via ACH to our U.S. bank account.
2. Stock Availability
While you may order any quantity, we encourage a minimum order of gross weight of 500 grms to keep shipping costs reasonable. If we are out of stock on any item, we can usually produce it within 1 to 2 weeks. We will notify you immediately about stock availability and provide an updated delivery schedule.
Some of our products are featured in assorted sets, so there may be slight variations in the items you receive. We will always obtain your approval before shipping. If you require identical items, please specify this when ordering. For single-piece items, we offer economic shipping via registered mail service.
3. Delivery
We aim to ship items that are in stock within 1 week of receiving payment (via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer). If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the production timeline and estimated delivery date.
4. Payment Methods and Procedures
We accept credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB, etc.) or bank transfer to our accounts in Nepal or the USA (for USA/Canada customers). Once your order is confirmed, we will provide payment details via email along with a pro forma invoice. Customers wishing to use other payment methods should contact us first.
5. Shipping and Customs Policies
5.1. We use Aramex, FedEx, UPS, and other couriers for deliveries, typically within 4 to 7 business days. If you have a preferred courier, let us know, and we will inform you of any price differences based on your choice. 5.2. If you receive damaged goods or experience loss (subject to receiving the package in a damaged or open condition), please report it to us and the courier service within 1 week. We do not accept claims for damage or loss reported after this period. 5.3. For bulk orders (over 50 pieces), please contact us at thirdworldcraft@gmail.com for bulk shipping rates. We offer discounts for bulk purchases. 5.4. Bulk orders may also be shipped via air/sea cargo for more affordable rates.
6. Insurance
We can arrange for shipment insurance upon request.
7. Custom Orders
We accept custom orders and can create exclusive designs based on your specifications. Please send us your request with detailed instructions, and we will tailor our products to your needs.
8. Errors in Pricing and Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order or request a price adjustment in case of pricing errors due to technical issues or other unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss whether to adjust the price or cancel the order. Once an order is confirmed, the price will not be changed.
9. Return of Goods
We usually do not take return for goods once delivered as it is not feasible to return goods back to Nepal. However, if the goods you received is damaged or as not the specimen of your order , you may write to us with photographs. We will refund or replace with new one.
